My vehicle is a total loss and I have finance outstanding

Any outstanding finance connected to the vehicle will need to be settled before the finance company will remove their interest in the vehicle. Please obtain a settlement letter on headed paper with your finance company's BACs details and e-mail it to totallossteam@imsolutionslimited.co.uk Please also advise your finance company we are dealing with the total loss settlement and authorise us to discuss the account with them so that we can achieve a resolution for you.

In some cases the finance outstanding is more than the value of the vehicle. As above, please continue to obtain a settlement letter. We can still approach the finance company and request that interest in the vehicle is removed.
